Cannot Restore Purchase

I purchased the Acrobat app back in October 2021 (the subscription is still active) and have been using the premium features since then. Now suddenly the app says I'm a free user and I cannot restore the purchase. I either need a refund or someone to restore these features that I've already paid for. No one I've talked to so far has been any help.

It could happen because of signing in with a wrong email when you purchased the Premium iOS subscription through Apple ID and signed in into Reader mobile with Adobe ID, which had the same email addresses.

I'm having the same problem - I purchased the year-long subscription and my app will not allow me to use the premium features.

As you have purchased the subscription but are unable to use the premium features, it could be because you might be signed in with a different email. Please check your email used on the app and if it is not the one on which the plan is active then you need to use the correct email.
