Cobro por cancelar suscripción

Yo ya había cancelado mi prueba gratis de Adobe e igual me cobró el día de hoy 19/10. Inmediatamente cancelé el día de hoy todo plan con Adobe, y me salió esto, con lo cual entiendo que ¿me van a devolver el dinero verdad?
