zrušení členství a vrácení peněz

Nevím, kam vám můžu zavolat nebo napsat, takže i když mi to není úplně příjemné, posílám sem citlivé údaje a doufám, že se na to někdo z vaší strany konečně podívá. Snažím se vás kontaktovat, ale nikde nemůžu najít přímý kontakt, a to je vážně problém. Očekávám, že se mi někdo ozve co nejdřív.
