Have monthly subscription doesn’t work

I have the monthly subscription to premium because I use it for work and the system tries to make me subscribe for the monthly and yearly yet my subscription is active and won't let me create PDFs I've had to rely on other free apps to convert to pdf while having to still pay for this I have requested a refund because why pay for something that you can't use unless it's a ploy to get you to pay more money for the yearly I also use this for school it's frustrating and annoying this is all done on an IPAD

Sorry for the delayed response, It could happen because of signing in with a wrong email when you purchased the Premium iOS subscription through Apple ID and signed in into Reader mobile with Adobe ID, which had the same email addresses.
