Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.
Would you mind sharing what happens when you try to use the premium features? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity.
You may also try to logout of the application, reboot the devive once and relogin using your Adobe credentials and see if that works.
If it still doesn’t work, tap on the profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore purchase and reboot the application and check.
