I need to refund my money please

Hi good evening ,  I activated a free subscription for 7 days and I had a lot of work and I did not remember to cancel the subscription and I did not use the program even. Then they activated a subscription for me at a price of 269.99 AED and I did not want to activate that subscription. Then I contacted Apple and contacted the bank and they told me that the issue was with the ACROBAT program. Contact them and that I did not use the program even. I want someone to help me with this issue if you can. Thank you very much .

I've reviewed the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you're using in this community and found that there is no active subscription for Acrobat Premium linked to this account. If you used a different email address for the purchase, please let us know via private message, and we will locate the subscription for you.

 

Additionally, you should have received a confirmation email from the App Store or Play Store, along with a separate email from Adobe after the purchase. If you could share a screenshot of those emails via private message, it would greatly assist us in tracking down your purchase.

 

Also, the refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased.
