iPad keyboard arrow keys not scrolling

Question

The up and down arrow keys no longer scroll the page line-by-line in Acrobat documents on my iPad when using my Magic Keyboard or my bluetooth wireless page turner. They did so until a few days ago. What can I do to restore this function? I'm using iOS 15.1 on an iPad Pro 10.5-inch. Option-up and option-down will scroll a full page at a time but I would also like to scroll one line at a time.
