Não consigo cancelar meu plano!

Não consigo cancelar meu plano, pois, ele está conectado na loja da samsung, mas lá eu também não consigo cancelar. Quando eu fiz aquele plano eu ainda tinha android, hoje não tenho mais, e já excluí minha conta da samsung. Estou precisando atualizar meu plano, pois preciso de mais aplicativos, mas não consigo!
