Buenos días

Pague el producto por 1 año tengo la subscription hasta el 21/01/23 y ahora me piden que para utilizarlo tengo que subscribirme y no permite utilizar sus funciones.

It could happen because of signing in with a wrong email when you purchased the Premium iOS subscription through Apple ID and signed in into Reader mobile with Adobe ID, which had the same email addresses.
