Hi @Keisha24603787pgws

Sorry for the trouble. It could happen because of signing in with the wrong email when you purchased the Premium iOS subscription with a different ID and signed in into Reader mobile with a different one.

Here is a discussion link on a similar issue. Please check the steps tried by the user and let us know if that helps.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harsh

Hi @ravi_2500,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Premium.

I checked your email address registered here on the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

Please let me know the error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.

If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps from below:

1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the device.

If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription: https://adobe.ly/3TlvMsA

Also, you might want to check if you are logged in using Google.

Let me know if these help.

Regards,
Souvik.
