I am being billed 19.99 a month for the edit and create app but also am paying 69.99 for Reader premium I believe. Are these the same and why aren't they both showing up so i  can manage them?

Hi there

I hope this message finds you well, and thank you for reaching out to us.

Upon reviewing the Adobe account linked to the Adobe ID you provided, I see that your subscriptions include Acrobat Pro and Acrobat Premium.

Please note that Acrobat Premium is a subset of the Acrobat Pro subscription. Since all the features of Acrobat Premium are already included in your Acrobat Pro plan, maintaining both subscriptions may not be necessary.

To ensure you're not paying for overlapping features, please check the steps https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-mobile-discussions/want-to-cancel-your-subscription-check-if-you-are-eligible-for-a-refund-ios/td-p/13525703 to get it cancelled via Apple.

Hi there

We are sorry for the confusion, upon further checking we found that the Acrobat Premium subscription is purchased via Apple Store. Please check out the steps outlined here https://adobe.ly/4idqwlZ to get it cancelled via Apple.
