PDF opens ok in desktop Acrobat - as gray noise in mobile

Hello all!

A certain pdf opens quite ok in my desktop Acrobat DC Pro, but the very same file opened through my Document Cloud with mobile device shows only nicely uniform gray noise.

Talking about Samsung Tab S with Acrobat 17.0 (latest as of today 3/2017)...

Any advice would be appreciated !
