Problems converting files from PNG to PDF

Hi, I have installed Adobe Acrobat Pro on my iPad. I am creating PNG files that I need to convert to PDF to reduce the size. Occasionally the conversion does not work and remains in a stalled mode. At that point I cannot do anything anymore with that file, I cannot open it or delete it.

I would appreciate instructions on how to delete these stalled files. Thank you Sandra
