Hola, quisiera solicitar un reembolso ya que el mismo día que terminaba mi prueba gratis me hicieron el cobro de este producto y me parece injusto

Because this post was done in the Acrobat Reader Mobile, it is very likely that you downloaded the app either in the Apple or Google store, a third-party. Because of that, you need to contact them directly. Adobe doesn't have access to your 'accounts' or 'billing access,' your account is managed by them, and their specific subscription and cancellation terms apply.  

Before you proceed, here’s what you need to know about refunds:

I checked your email address registered on the community, and couldn't find an active subscription for any Adobe products.

 

Additionally, the statement does not mention the name of Adobe or any other Adobe products, to be certain.

Can you share a detailed screenshot of the transaction with the transaction number and the specifics mentioned about it being billed to Adobe for further investigation?

 

Also, the ideal situation is where the amount is charged the same date when the free-trial ends.
