Refund Request
I have applied for a free trial plan and cancelled it days before the trial expired. I was then charged even though I was not using Premiere at all, seeing my falling apart laptop couldnt handle it. I was then charged £33 even though I cancelled (I didnt have enough money). I contacted customer service and all I got was replies on how to change my plan, even though you have to pay already. Now I have payed and its charging me till the next month. This is a frustrating situation I want a refund as I have not even been able to use premiere pro
