I have applied for a free trial plan and cancelled it days before the trial expired. I was then charged even though I was not using Premiere at all, seeing my falling apart laptop couldnt handle it. I was then charged £33 even though I cancelled (I didnt have enough money). I contacted customer service and all I got was replies on how to change my plan, even though you have to pay already. Now I have payed and its charging me till the next month. This is a frustrating situation I want a refund as I have not even been able to use premiere pro

hi adobe! please hear my plea. i literally cancelled my monthly plan not even an hour later after i accidentally puchased it. no email was sent to me but i have cancelled my subscription in apple pay already. i haven't gotten my refund still. i need my money back for i am just a student.

Hi @nicolau_3054  I came on here to say the same thing & I can't uninstall the app because it needs an update & keeps asking me to update my payment & I don't have it. I canceled well before the due date. In fact it made me do it twice.

I have checked your Adobe account and unable to find any active/paid plan for Adobe Acrobat. To uninstall the application from your device please run uninstall the app as any other app  and reboot the device once.
