Unable to save file in mobile device

Whenever i try to save file in device, the message comes - error saving the document. It happened with latest update

To help us diagnose the issue you're experiencing, could you please clarify whether this problem occurs with a specific PDF file or across all PDF documents? If possible, try opening different PDFs to check if the issue persists.

Additionally, could you provide the following details?

  • The version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app you're currently using. To find this, tap on your profile icon, select "About Adobe Acrobat," and share the version number with us.
  • The version of the operating system (OS) on your device.

We also recommend checking for any available updates for the Acrobat Reader app in the Google Play Store (or Samsung Store, if applicable). If updates are available, please install them, restart your device, and then see if the issue is resolved.
