Unable to share the PDF

I have just upgraded my android phone to Samsung Galaxy 26 Ultra and it will not allow me to share pdf files. For example downloading a file or a bank statement on your phone to send by e-mail

The share option doesn’t work but if I create a link i can send that way

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

     

    What happens when you try to share the PDF as a copy? Do you get any error message? if yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity. 

    Also check if this is an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

    What is the version of the Acrobat Mobile app you are using? Please try to update it to the latest version available on the Play/Smasung store and reboot the device once. 

    You may also try to logout of the application and reboot the device and relogin using the Adobe credentials and see if that helps

    If nothing works, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for further checking by our development team.

    Hi There.

     

    This problem has only started with my new phone. Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. I never experienced this problem before. The only way I can send a file is to download into my phone first and then send it by e-mail from there. 

    When I try to use the Share option directlt from the open file to e-mail it, then it looks and sounds like the e-mail has been sent but there is no error message or no e-mail to say why it did not go. It just does not show up in my e-mail inbox or junk.

    I have un installed. re installed and re booted the phone but still does not fix the issue.
