So.. I know nothing about JavaScript. Simply tooling around with PDF as a potential proposal tool. I'm trying to apply operators (less than, greater than, equal to) to an existing output  "Propsal Score", that will create an output in a second box "Accountig Type". If my Value Sum from "Proposal Score" is between 0 an 50, how do I have the second text box populate:"Cash Basis" if the Proposal Score is 0-10   "Hybrid Basis" if the Proposal score is 11-30"Accrual Basis" if the Proposal score is 31-50Really appreciate any help!!!

I only want to protect certain fields that I will fill in. The rest must be completed by the person receiving the form.I have found an answer on this topic from: AkanchhaS but your link is going nowhere.Could someone tell me if it really can be done. I would appreciate information or a link where you can find it.

With an Adobe fillable form, can a user be prompted to select a Word document that is then converted and appended to the form for submission as a complete document? Attachments to fillable forms are not apparent or viewable in other readers or browser extensions. So, I need the user to find and select the document, convert and merge the document to the fillable form for submission. Is there a script for this that I can associate with the Submit button? I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and the users may be using any other viewer.

Hi, guys I really need help with this one, I know basic javascripting but am clueless how to get this.I have button to which I wanna add script so every time I click it, it generates random number between 1-20 and show result in text field called "Result"(That part I know how to do) BUT I would like every time it generate number, that number is excluded from next roll until all 20 numbers is rolled.

I've created a form that contains a template page that is spawned using a button. I want the users to be able to delete the spawned pages by either all with a reset form button or by a delete page button on the spawned page they want to delete. The reset form button works with the javascript:this.deletePages(2, this.numPages-1); but For the delete page button I have this scriptthis.deletePages(this.pageNum, this.pageNum);pageNum = pageCount; It works in removing the page but a window pops up as "Bad Parameter". I think I'm missing something. Additionally I have a field that populates the total spawned pages with the scriptvar numpag = this.numPages - 1;event.value = numpag;this.calculateNow(); But when the page is delete or the form is reset, it doesn't update. Please help!

In this form, I want to order the fields so that the users can move from field to field in order by using TAB key. I can´t find where to order the fields. I can´t find the "Field Pane". How do I find it?

I am trying to find some information on the differences between document and page scripts. From what I was reading, scripts that run when the document is opened is a document script.  Since everything might not be initialized by the time my script runs, I was told to run a page open script.  I can't find how or where to do this.  Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Acrobat DC.I want to set the text field properties as Font size - 9, font colour - dark blue, font Helvetica, height - 0.17 Inch.For radio button field; fontsize- Auto, text color - dark blue, Border Color - black, Fill color - White, Line style- solid, line thickness-thin, width and height - 0.14, checkbox style - cross.Same property for check box also.  If possible,  I have to run a script on each form I create. Hello my Friends, I need your help for this problem and I need the code for this issue. Here the details for this form. In the the Status Dropbox there 3 categories ( Pending, Invoice and Release) When I select the “Pending”  Status in  dropbox, then select the Reservation date and select the Deposit Dropbox (yes or No) then result in Over due text boxif “yes” selection from deposit dropbox  = display in overdue textbox is “14 days"If  “no” selection from deposit dropbox = display in overdue textbox is “ 3 days”  If the status select, invoice and release not showing the overdue. Mean blank only. Only the Pending showing the output in over due textbox. Please refer the sample in excel in attached. So that you have idea what I mean.   The main point there is if you change the date automatic the over due is change the no. of days. Also, the pdf file sample but without code in over due because I don’t know how

Hello, I'm pretty fresh with javascript, I have written the following code that works as the following, the first page of this pdf has a lot of information that the customer will fill out, community name, price of home, sales tax and so forth. Once this information is filled out they will click a button that will auto populate this information into the next page, most of it is just copying information down. I would like to however be able to have it auto run the script and or once you click the button once it keeps running the script maybe to keep updating the fields because if they were to change the prices or other price information I would like for it to update the totals and so forth, this way if someone were to go in and edit one of the price fields it would then re-calculate everything on the form automaticaly instead of them having to re-click the calculate button again? Is this possible, does this make sense what I'm trying to do? Here is my very basic code below, not

How to do get the page view to jump to the newly generated page when this same button is clicked? Currently the page view is staying on the same page and then I have to scroll to the next page, so I can't tell if the new page is generated unless I'm watching the page numbers change.

Hello! I'm developing a third party plugin for creating digital sigantures in documents.It's based on the example from Adobe Acrobat SDK - DocSign Plugin.In my plugin I don't need dialog "Sign as..." due to my own custom dialog.Therefore in the DocSign plugin in the function DSEngine::sigGetSigProperties(PSSigSigPropParams params) I do such initialization:params->outDialogStatus = kPSSigDialogNone; Then when I create a certification signature with this DocSign plugin Acrobat offers the dialog with permitted actions after signing, and it's OK.But when I create an approval signature Acrobat doesn't offer similar dialog with the option to lock a document after signing. As a result it's impossible to lock a document at all. Is it correct Acrobat behavior for approval signature?How can I lock programmatically a document after approval signature? May be I need to make other initialization in plugin?

Hi, I made my first form and everything is working good. That was my first time creating a form and my first try with JS. I know thatmy calculations are porbably not optimal, but i'd like to figure out something without starting all over or make dramatic changes to my form. I'd like to know if there is a way for my calculations to be faster. There is a little delay when choosing an item in many fields but specifically in those fields :Type de collageProduitI can see that the calculations are runing.
