Access level needs to connect Salesforce with Adobe Acrobat E Signature

Hello,

 

I wanted to know what level of access one needs on Acrobat side in order to use that account for integrating with Salesforce for E Signature. I am guessing System Administrator access is required but needs confirmation. Could anyone please answer this question?

I am trying to open a case since last two days but I am not able to. Next button just does not enable to move forward.
