We are also facing the same issue since 5:30am IST. Below is the error message. Is there some issue which the team at Adobe is aware of?

    I started having this same "Email bounced" issue on June 25, 2025.  I've been using Adobe Sign since last year.  Nothing changed on my email account nor in my Adobe account.

     

    The issue is: when I send an agreement to be signed, my email account does not receive an email confirming the email has been sent to the recipiant.  When I look at the activity log I see "Email bounced and was not delivered to..." my email account.

     

    I tried putting echosign@echosign.com in my spam filter Allowed Senders, but that didn't work.  I put adobesign@adobesign.com in my Allowed Senders and that did work.

     

    I've seen reports of this issue "Bounced Email" issue on this forum dating back to 2022, but I've not seen a root cause for this issue.  Why does this issue seem pervasive and intermittant?  Would love to know the root cause.

    We haven't heard of such an issue yet. If you can share more information, we will get it checked. 

    Please let us know if this happens with a particular or multiple email addresses.

    Thanks for the response.

    The error we are seeing is Expecting 'REJECTED,RECALLED' but was 'EMAIL_BOUNCED' and the following is from the activity log from our account. This is not specific to a particular email as such. We have noticed with our company emails as well as gmail.

    We see that you are using the developer account. Also, in the screenshot, it appears that all the email addresses are the company's. Currently, there is no issue on our end.

    As you use the developer account, moving this thread to the Acrobat Sign Developer board for visibility.
