Unable to Create Adobe Acrobat Sign Project Due to License Restriction

Hello,

I am currently working on a project using the Adobe Acrobat Sign API, where I aim to generate contracts based on input from Google Forms. In order to proceed, I need to create a server-to-server (S2S) access token.

However, when I attempt to create a new Acrobat Sign project via the following URL, the "Create" button is disabled and the following message appears:

License required
Your organization does not have a license to access this API, please contact your admin. If you think this is an error, please contact customer support.

URL: https://developer.adobe.com/console/3511502/servicesandapis

Could you please let me know how I can enable this or what steps are required to obtain the necessary license?

Hi,

You can sign up for a developer license here to have access to the API for testing: https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/business/developer-form.html.

If you need to use the APIs in production, you'll need to purchase access to Sign APIs. You can do so through your account manager or reseller, or contact the sales team here: https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/business/contact.html.

Thank you for your reply.

I’ve created a developer account, but when I try to create an Adobe Acrobat Sign project, the “Create” button is still disabled.

Does this mean that only corporate accounts can create projects?
