Ich weiß nicht, ob ich mit meiner Frage hier richtig bin. Wenn nicht, wäre ich für einen Hinweis zur richtigen Stelle dankbar. Ich habe vor Jahren eine Student / Teacher Version der Creative Suite 6 für dauerhafte Nutzung erworben. Aufgrund einer Überspannung sind auf einen Schlag meine Rechner zu einem Totalschaden geworden. Ich konnte also meine Lizenzen nicht mehr abmelden. Bei einer Neuinstallation erhalte ich jetzt die Fehlermeldung, die Zahl der zulässigen Computer sei erschöpft, ich möge erst einen anderen Computer deaktivieren. Wenn ich die alte Platte in einen neuen Rechner einbaue, wird eine ungültige Lizenz bemängelt. Nach Auskunft des telefonischen Kundensupports hat er keine Möglichkeit mehr, die Reservierungen zurückzusetzen. Aber ich könnte in der Community eine Lösung erhalten.Was ich in der Suche gefunden habe, klingt nicht positiv. Aber hat vielleicht doch jemand eine Lösung? .

We used to be able to collect points and redeem the points for swags. That site was taken down, and I was told that Adobe is keeping track of the points. When they release the new site, it will be there. Does anyone know if the new site has been shared or how we can continue to do things to earn points for swags?
