How can I get an invoice for my ExportPDF subscription?

Hi, i just paid the anulaste for my pdfexport licence, is there a way to get the reciept/check for the payment? i did not get an email confirmaron for the payment.

Hi Gabiela,

You may want to check your junk mail folder for that email. But if that doesn't work, you can follow the instructions in this document to print up an invoice: Print a payment receipt or invoice | Creative Cloud

Hi Sara

Thank you very much this worked great. Now I have another question... acording to my billing there has been only one payment on 2013 (for use of Export PDF during 2014). Even though i believe i paid for pdfexport today since on my plan account status (colad.acrobat.com) it details that the next charge is until december 2015:

So now im not sure if i paid for 2015.... can you help me check?

Hi Gabriela,

No problem! You're paid up until December 19 of this year. I think billing may have been delayed a little bit since Adobe was shut down for two weeks over the holidays. But, you're golden until Dec 19 2015, at which time auto renewal will kick in again (unless you cancel before then).
