Question

How to get "Enable cloud-based auto tagging for accessibility" checkbox

I'm using the most updated version of Adobe Acrobat Pro 64-bit. Several of my coworkers have the "Enable cloud-based auto tagging for accessibility" checkbox available to them at Menu --> Preferences --> Accessibility, but I don't have that option. There's just... nothing there (see red box in graphic). Any ideas on how I can get the checkbox to appear as an option for me?

We were able to replicate the issue on domain joined computers. Computers that were not apart of the work domain were able to see the checkbox no problem and to my knowledge is still operating this way.

I assume this is a bug and hope it gets fixed soon.
