A consultation I have subscribed to the option to export to Word and Excel but yet so far I have not enabled the option in my account

Whenever the document is signed, its pdf is sent to all the concerned parties(sender and signer). Can we disable that? We are sending the document through salesforce and using data mapping and merge to get the information on the agreement.

I have a PDF file that I'm trying to convert to a PowerPoint file. When I select the PDF File and in the Convert to dropdown I select Microsoft PowerPoint after the pushing the CONVERT button I am receiving a error message telling me the that the EXPORTED FILES Conversion Failure. Why is this?

How do I copy a PDF then paste it into a text call out box? How can I do that so I can click on the PDF in the text call out box and read it?

I've been using Acrobat Pro DC (running on Windows 10) for about 2 weeks now... opened many files in it, but the File Lists / Recent screen shows nothing. (Previously, in Acrobat Pro XI, there was always a longish list.) If I look at the File menu, there are 5 recently opened items listed there, but if I click View All Recent Files... it goes back to the empty screen. Recent locations has data. The Documents settings show Documents in recently used list: set to 100.I can't figure out what's wrong. Ideas?Thanks,Donna

Is there an API for PDF Pack service to convert PDF to Images that can be used at enterprise level? From the documentation, looks like it's available only via Web and Adobe reader..

Although I can print out a word and other files, I'm unable to print out a pdf file. When trying to print out, a box comes up saying document could not be printed, then another box saying no pages were selected. Appreciate any help in knowing how to resolve this issue. Thanks

I purchased Adobe Export in March of 2016. The order details show up in my account but I cannot get reader to recognize that I have export. It keeps sending me to the purchase page. Historically Adobe has been better than this.

I have a PDF that I would like to fill in some information and then send it to a client for them to sign.

I am trying to convert a bank statement to Excel and the end result looks nothing like the original.  I then attempted to export it to Word and RTF thinking I could manipulate the data converting those files to Excel, but they still did not work.  Examples are 5's converting as S's and other characters that should be easy, but are converting as characters in different languages.  More that 50% of the file was wrong.  Is this something that can be avoided with some converting rules or should I seek a refund as I purchased it today and it has not worked as I thought it would?

Sign and fill defaults open, taking half the page on a small laptop.  I need it to default closed.  I open 50+ PDF/ day, and have utilized S&F 0 times .  Very frustrating.  Please help.
