Why is Adode Send asking me to upgrade when my subscription is active....It won't let me email files?????

I'm trying to send a file on AdobeSend.  It says to upgrade, but when I click on it, nothing happens.  I need to send this file now.  Thank you.

I am having the the same issue, I am trying to send a email and the recipients name is grayed out, Do you if this is an issue that Adobe is having since the phone wait time is over 59 minutes

My subscription does not expire for another 6 months. Why am I being asked to upgrade ??? If Adobe systems are down, maybe you should redirect us to a page informing us.

Cant email files telling me to update.  I thought I was able to send files up to 100 mb.

We have upgraded in order to send video files but it will not let us upload video files and says to upgrade in order to do so.  Why won't it let us upload video files after upgrade?

Adobe Send just decided to stop allowing me to send personalised links and insisting that I upgrade, our current subscription was working fine until a few hours ago, can you tell me why this happened and how to fix it? We have an ordering system that relies on Adobe so we need a speedy resolution.

Hello, I have a subscription  with Adobe and I have downloaded some programs in two PC.On of this Pc is out of work How can I download my program in another Pc ( a new PC)…I remember that with my kind of subscription I could download my programs just into 2 ps..is it correct?Thank you Gianluca

When converting a word file into pdf , is there a way of how to decrease the size ( KB) of the file ?

Hi - whenever I access ExportPDF site, I get an error 404 saying file not found....I am using IE 8.0.7601 version.  I can see the page from my mobile device but not from my desktop.  HELP!

Why does the option to convert to jpeg not show up automatically in the menu bar? I have the Adobe PDF Pack and see others have this same issue.  I managed to save as a powerpoint then from there converted to jpeg, but it is not a good user experience to not have the jpeg option not automatically come up given the others do (i.e.: word, excel, powerpoint).  This is the main reason I purchased this product so luckily I took the time to play with it but I'd rather not have to waste my time converting it twice when it is promoted as being one of the benefits of buying this pack.

How do I reach a live person?  I do not have time for this way of contacting someone.  I already have a paid account that I have been using.  It now shows me as a free account and will not let me access my conversion of PDF to Word feature!  I have time constraints and no time for this!!
