Hi there! I have a creative adobe subscription and that includes acrobat. But this morning my arcobat won't let me edit my pdf's anymore. I can only open them or print them directly. This is very frustrating and I don't know how to fix it. I have a older mac version ( 2015) but never had any trouble with it. 2019.010.20099 is the current version i'm working in. I also can't update it or download another one because it says it's incompatible.  Many thanks in advance for the help!

decode the PDF file, password is not working, how to open the file in that case? I have a PDF file which password protected. I tried giving correct password but still its showing incorrect password. How can i decode the file ?

Hi! We'd like to use ADOBE for an embed PDF on our website.We've tried and have a question; when reading the PDF on mobile you'll see a button which directs you to a URL. We don't want this, we just want to stay on the website and read the PDF over there on mobile and desktop. So NO link to URL or download. See picture. It would be wonderful if someone could let me know if this is possible! And how!

I converted a pdf to Word, but can't figure out how to save the Word document to my hard drive.

with Win 10, Acrobat 2017, when I open any PDF, it displays a gigantic version of the document.  How can I change the default size from what it is (probably something like fill the screen so that you can't see it all) to something useful, like 75%?for example:  instead of opening at this 165%, let me change it to 50 or 75%

I just purchased the Adobe Cloud PDF pack at $9.99 a month. I am trying to request signatures, but this function is not working for some reason. All other functions are working fine. Every time I try to do anything related to requesting signatures, like clicking "Request Signature" or "Send an Agreement" I immediately get an error message stating " Unable to process request Please contact customer support for help." I contacted customer support and they only recommended i switch browsers and clear history and cache, i did all of this but still get the same error message anytime I do anything related to requesting signatures. 

I have and iPad and iPhone with adobe. My files that I save on either device is not showing up on both devices. Help? 

Hi, sometimes my spanish teacher send me a document as in this case, 13 document pages but when I go to print it is saved as a single page of 3700 mm !! So if I print the document becomes unreadable.How can solve it ? Thank you. Hellen

It is embarrassing that the cloud Adobe has encouraged us to use to share with clients seems to be down so often. I educate my clients to expect a link instead of a file to markup but seem to have to send a file weekly because of Urgent Maintanence, Potential Issue, etc... Please for insane montly cost of Creative Cloud make this feature reliable. https://status.adobe.com6 issues at time of post.

I have used the acrobat on my ipad yesterday and made some comments and notes in the file and saved a copy to the document cloud. Today I opened the file from the document cloud, all comments and notes I have made are gone and cannot be recovered, very disappointed as it took me three hours yesterday to make those notes, support staff saying that they have reached the end of service on this product and didn't help at all. will never use this product again.

Hello Everyone!  Im wondering if anyone has come accross a software that will scan files in a folder/destination, and it will search for specific fields to be filled or blank.  High volume of documents, that need to be checked, computerized scanner auditing them could help a TON! Almost like a plagerism checker.  I appreciate the help! 

I am so embarrased that I have no idea about this, and I know someone here can help me out.  I pay $40 (or so) for Adobe Export PDF, and I am not sure what it does and if I need it. I know what Adobe isI know what Export isI know what a PDF is Why do I want/need this? A million apologizies.  And thank you so much Lainie

I  would like to convert/save documents as PDFs from my desktop without logging into my Adobe account. I have a account with paid Adobe PDF services. When I click on "save as PDF" I get a message telling me my Adobe trial has expired and directing me to "buy now to restore full services". How can I set up this functionality? Thanks. Julie

My organization is using adobe acrobat DC standard and professional as a primary pdf editing and markup tool. We want to find out remotely in user computer that the installed acrobat DC standard or professional is when specifically used for editing the PDF and when it was used for reading the PDF.does it possible to have this kind of data? if then what will be an option any specific tool or some scripts will provide such data?

I'm converting a PDF so it has fillable boxes, but when it auto-completes some of the boxes, it detects it as one large field rather than 4 separate fields. I assume it is because the text in the first box is over two lines, compared to the one below where there is only one line of text?   Does anyone know if there is a fix for this as the document is very long and completing it manually is very time consuming. Thanks

I seem not to be able to delete a document that is listed in the <For Signature> section.I have followed numerous useful like but it appears the new DC does not have the <Adobe Sign Manage> button.The solution posted here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/Document-Cloud-PDF-Services/How-to-delete-a-shared-for-signature-link-when-nothing-is/td-p/10342334#sa_src=web-messaging does not work either.Please help!TIA

When I open the PDF File in SharePoint, then this occurs." You may not have permission to access the SharePoint file being used in this workflow "  How can I fix this one except "right click  > open browser because this way is not user-friendly. Or how to set "open in browser" by default.
