The PDF-to Word converter doesn't handle line breaks well. Hyphenations at line breaks are kept as hard hyphens. Line breaks that are a result of formatting is kept as hard line breaks.  It requires a lot of work in Word afterwards to remove those.It would be nice to have some options for the conversion process so you could make the conversion a bit more intelligent.

I am using Adobe PDF Pack with Acrobat.com to do some electronic filing of my medical records. One of the documents I'm working with was scanned as a PDF without any text recognition. So, as I have done before, I exported the PDF (Saved on Acrobat.com) to a JPEG so that I could then re-convert it to a PDF with text recognition/searchable text.The problem I'm having is that a file exported to JPEG is saved as a zip file on Acrobat.com and no matter how I try to download it to my Android phablet (Samsung Note 3), I get an error that the file cannot be downloaded and/or opened. Please see the following screenshots:As I don't have immediate access to a laptop night now, I need to find a way to get the zip file from Acrobat.com to my phaplet and unzip it as the Adobe PDF Pack PDF converter will not convert JPEGs in zip files and there is no way to unzip the file on Acrobat.com. Hi, We have a firewall that blocks cloud services.  I am trying to unblock documentcloud.com, but there must be underlying ports/links that are blocked as well.  I inspected the page source and whitelisted all the links I saw.  Is there an official guide to open ports/links for documentcloud.com site to work?

I need to capture document images in the field that contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII). I subsequently need to email that document image to a 3rd party in a secure (encrypted) format. I realize that a .pdf file, once uploaded to the Adobe Document Cloud, can have its Document Security settings changed (using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC) to include password protection and encryption, before sharing it with a 3rd party, via email. My question basically comes down to using Adobe Scan on a smartphone in the field to get the document image/.pdf uploaded to the Document Cloud. How secure is a .pdf upload from Adobe Scan to the Document Cloud? Does it meet the standards for adequately protecting PII? If not, do you have any recommendations for securely capturing sensitive information in the field, so I can subsequently ensure proper encryption and password protections, before emailing it out? Thank you.

We recently discovered that some of our users have started storing and sharing documents within Document Cloud via Adobe Acrobat DC and want to start collecting information when this happens.  The content log section in the Adobe Admin Console return blank spreadsheets and want to determine if there is a setting in the console somewhere we can change to enable logging or if it's something within the installation itself that needs to be changed.Does anyone have experience with enabling and/or collecting audit logs for users either sharing and/or storing documents in Document Cloud via Adobe Acrobat DC?

I don't have a program called Export PDF and can't find anywhere to download it.  Is it a different program from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and I am signed in.   It has some options on the right hand side including "Export PDF".   When I click on this option, it does nothing.  There's a little arrow which points up or down but no list of files to convert, nor can I convert the pdf file which I am viewing.  What gives?   The instructions comntained on the page Export PDF from Acrobat Reader DC simply do not help - I can get as far as instruction 3:In the right-hand pane, click Export PDF.However that does nothing, and instruction 4:By default, the currently opened file is selected for conversion. Click Select PDF File to browse and select another file.simply does not happen.  There is nothing I can do to export my PDF

Hi I can't upload documents in the browser and I already checked it with other, but it's the same, what can I do? Also, I deleted the cookies and the cache.I tried to do it in the app and a message pop out it saids that Storage limit exceeded. Is that correct? I didn't know that we have a limit for the storage.

We are sharing review files in the Document Cloud. They are created in InDesign, and then shared via Adobe DC. Can my reviewers attach a file, such as an excel file, illustrator, pdf, ect. to their review?

I paid for the Adobe pdf pack specifically to rotate pdfs as most of my professors seemingly don't know how to. The same day I bought the plan, everything worked fine. Now when I try to rotate a pdf or organize pages in any way, I am taken to the plan pricing page to purchase the Adobe PDF pack.I've tried logging out and back in, I've tried live customer support, who straight up told me that they were only trained for Acrobat Pro DC and couldn't help me, and I even tried buying Adobe PDF pack AGAIN, but was told I couldn't buy the same plan twice. Clearly my account is working and I have access to Adobe PDF pack, but I just can't USE it. I apparently can't get any live help from Adobe on it, but anything would be appreciated.

I created a fillable PDF from a form I was sent. I began filling it out, but could not complete it in one sitting. I re-opened the same PDF and now I can no longer add text to any of the fields that I created for filling. What gives? How can I continue to edit and fill the text boxes after saving a document? This seems like it should be pretty standard practice.Also, is it possible to store more than two signatures or is that the max?Thanks!

Hi AandSri, Grateful if you could also reply to my similar issue as below:I am having the same issue with Adobe track and send, it will send smaller files but my larger files which include video (but are still under the size limits) will not send. The track and send seems to crash my outlook when I try to send these larger files. I have tried uploading my file to the Adobe document cloud and creating a link to share using https://cloud.acrobat.com/send but both come up with error messages last minute.It would be great if you could help with this asap as I only have Adobe creative suite so that I am able to send and track these large files.Many thanks,Morgan

Once I fill in a form, it will print the filled in fields, but as soon as I click fill and sign and add signatures, the signatures are the only thing that prints, none of the other typed info prints. I can't type info in after it's signed. Please help. This is INSANELY frustrating, as I use these forms, daily. Downloading fresh copies of the forms doesn't help. The only workaround I've found is to take a snapshot and save it to word as a word doc, and print it that way, but that is very time consuming and ridiculous, and one form I use doesn't even work that way, so I have to take a screen shot and paste it into word, and that gets blurry. This is so frustrating!! Thank you.

I do my formatting in Word 2010, saving my work as a .docx file. Then I convert to .pdf to send the result to the professional printers who send out my newsletter. I could use Word to save the pages as a .pdf, but I have found that the resolution of .jpgs and .pngs is much improved if I convert the file using the Adobe PDF Pack online app instead of the built-in Word conversion process, so I paid for a year-long subscription to Adobe PDF online services. In December 2019 I converted a page with a textbox that contained alot of text in Adobe Hebrew font. It converted accurately, as the PDF Pack has always done for me. However, today (February 18, 2020) when I tried the same file, using the same account and conversion option, the result was that the font was changed (to what font I do not know) to a somewhat similar font style, which changed the spacing, which cut off the last line in the textbox. I have same issue as this one:Hebrew (or any RTL) Text in form field disappears unless you click on itI created a formI changed everywhere to RTL languages (in Adobe, and in Document and also in Fields.If I type english letters the text is vissibleIf I type hebrew letters, I can see the letters while I am typing, but when the field lose focus (clicking on the next field) the text I just typed disappears.If I click again on the same field to gain focus, the text I just typed is there.Can someone help on this? I saw the thread I mentioned above, and I did all suggestions there, but no solutionHelp Please. Moshe

Says “go to email app and open the pdf or image of attachment and then hit share and then choose open in adobe sign and fill” but when I do that the option for adobe doesn’t even pop up and I’ve tried reinstalling the app This app that was successful with being able to sign documents after I sent them or shared them but then all of a sudden when I went to send or share the document the bubble for the app I’ve successfully used in the past doesn’t show up

I knew how to do this on the old interface but I have no idea how to do it now.  I've looked everywhere for tutorials and advice but I'm getting no where.  Need to have forms on my website that can be filled in and then signed by two seperate people and then emailed to me. Any help?  Please!!

Hello,We subscribe to the Adobe Send & Track service, which is no longer available for new subscriptions. We use it to send and track files, but are now meeting the following error message: You have reached the maximum number of recipients. This was not an issue before. Please advise on whether this is a bug or if a new limit has been placed on our paid subscription.

Is there a default folder that I maybe deleted, by accident? When I try to save something to libraries, I get an error that says there was a problem with saving to libraries.

We are running O365 ProPlus C2R 1902.11328.20512 in Citrix.  We also have Adobe Acrobat DC running in Citrix.  When users are launching Outlook, and they have the "SendAsLink" add-in enabled, Outlook is locking up right away.  Are there any updates we can run for Adobe that would relieve this issue?  Currently, we are denying the plug-in dll using Ivanti.  There has to be a better long-term solution.  Especially if we would consider using this capability.

The links I have sent the past few days will not open, they just keep loading... anything I can do??

Help, it seems that after converting a PDF to word the O's and G's have disappeared.Is there an easy fix to this ???
