While the 'Export PDF' cloud option says i can convert UNIMITED PDFs to DOCX/XLSX files, that is not the case.After 100-ish documents i get a message that i've reached my 'DAILY LIMIT' So how exactly is this 'UNLIMITED'?  I must specify some documents contain images and i do expect OCR being performed on them.If there is a limit on the OCR part, why isn't it mentioned anywhere? Regards,Adrian L. 

Is there an sdk or api for fill & sign? I know there is one for Adobe Sign but the workflow of that particular app does not work for my needs, as I only need to locally sign a document. Any information or help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

This might seem a bit simple but Ive been trying to add an image from my dropbox account in the edit pdf tool. Onnth4e original computer dropbox was shown as a favourite and you just added the image. On the second computer dropbox doesnt show up - so how do you add dropbox as a favourite so you can add images?

I want to be able to print to my local printer the PDF files I have saved in my Document Cloud.  I want to use the WEB based document cloud view as I am using a public computer and am unable to install the app onto the computer.I don't see an option for printing one or several saved pdfs at one time.

I've inserted a short clip (9MB H.264 mp4 720p 24fps mono) into a large PDF (30.8MB, 340pgs). In Acrobat Pro the video plays when clicked, and all controls work. I shared it with a colleague for whom the controls worked. But when I uploaded it to a WordPress website, the PDF displays and scrolls beautifully, the video poster image displays, but the video doesn't play when clicked. I wondered if the poster image was somehow blocking the 'mouseup' command when clicking on the video window, so I tried a workaround: I used the Button tool to create triggers for play, pause, mute, rewind, which I placed below the video window. Nada. In doing some research I read a few comments suggesting that when a PDF with an embedded video is displayed online,  the link to the video content is not kept intact — even when the original raw PDF had the video embedded. Does this mean I need to have some kind of Adobe Cloud service to store + link + activate my PDF video?&nb

I need help copying a two page document scanned into adobe basic plan to my desktop as a PDF? 

I work in an organisation that has a number of Adobe DC users and are currently setup for Federated ID.For a couple of reasons we want everyone in the organisation to login before they are able to sign a document that was sent to them, however most people in the organisation dont currently have Adobe ID accounts. What's the best way to achieve this? * Does every user need an Adobe DC license? * Do we need to pre-create Adobe ID accounts for everyone who may need to sign?   

I own an I-Pad, and until reciently when I used it to do documents in Adobe Fill and Sign, I could always see both lines that I added to my document.  Now I can't see the second line until the document goes to my email, drive or other location.  This happens in every document I open, and I already closed the app,  removed it from my I-pad, the reopened it.  All with the same problem.

I can't open a pdf on my pc.  I have tried updating and all other troubleshooting.

they charge me £19 for this?! this is stupid! the site is too complicated, nothing seems to work! all i wanted to do was edit a quick file, but apparently thats too much like hard work. it says "join our monthly subscription of £1 something a month. to have the ability to convert files and edit texts" then it charges me the whole £19 straight away even tho it defiantly said "monthly subscription" and it wont even let me do it! i convert files to word but they dont show up and when i try to edit text nothing happens! i used the help guide but that was no help whatsoever! very very unhappy with this service, and i want my money back!thanks!

I have uploaded a school textbook as a PDF to the cloud, linked it to my website and can open and view it. As I start scrolling through the document an error comes up and I can no longer access it. How do I fix this?

I've recently updated and need to email myself things stored on my drive so I can put on my google drive. There is no longer a choice download and google drive shown on the attachments. See picture. Driving me insane, because I have to open them each up again and save to drive. Can anyone help?

I setup my Adobe account with my main business email address. When I send a PDF document to others for signing (Adobe Sign), the email they receive shows that business email address as the sender.I use Acrobat DC for more than one project and need to send documents for signing from more than one email address. I only have one Adobe account and cannot justify paying for several. How can I change the sender's address to one of two alternate addresses when sending documents for signing?Regards,JP

I like the app and it works very well but I can find a way to rotate documents that I receive upside down.

Upon siging up for the free 7-day trial for Adobe Acrobat DC I received notice via the email I used to registered and followed the prompts to receive the installer for the desktop version (what I need to begin editing text in my pdfs). This led to a request to sign in for the installer to initiate. Every attempt to sign in with username (I used the email associated with the account) and password (also tried a reset) failed. I tried my old Adobe account, too (this is for a new business account). I spent at least 45 minutes with two reps over chat to no avail (last one's shift was over and left me without anyone to replace him).  Adobe: what's wrong?

Hi,We use Acrobat Reader DC (Version # 2020.006.20034) in our office.  We are now being asked to provide a PDF attachment in PDF/A format (file extension).  We do not have that option.  Is it possible to obtain this option in the software version we have?  Or, is this an add-on only, meaning additional cost?Your assistance is appreciated.Thanks,Treasure 

Hi I just received an email indicating an international transaction to: ACROBAT PRO SUBS The only thing that I've subscribed to was a 7-Day free trial this morning. Operative word in the sentence free. Why am I being charged at this point for this free trial the amount was less than $2 but still if I shouldn't have been charged.
