When exporting PDF to excel the result comes out in text, not numbers?

Please share the workflow as in how exactly you are trying to export PDF to excel?

Does this happen with all the files or just with a particular file ?

Also let us know the exact dot version of the Adobe application you have and the OS version on your system ?
