Why, when converting a tiff file to pdf, only the first page is converting?  Never had this problem previously.

Issue has been reported as a bug. Our engineering team is working on priority basis to get this issue fixed.

How is this an acceptable correct answer. It's Feb 11 and still cannot convert tiff image file to PDF. You're putting me of of business!

Make sure you are using latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Acrobat Reader Help | Acrobat Reader DC Help to use the Export PDF service The Adobe Export PDF service lets you convert an existing PDF file into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and RTF formats.

Else try to use the service online https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

I followed your suggestion and verified that I have the latest version of Adobe PDF Pack.  Unfortunately, I am still having the same problem:  when I attempt to convert a four page .tiff document into pdf format only the first page will convert.  The next three pages do not convert.  

 

I have also clicked on the Acrobat.com tile on my screen and received back the message that Acrobat could not contact the server and I should check to see if I have a working connection to the internet.  All of these actions are conducted while connected to the internet so I am at a loss as to what is happening. 

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or if you can provide a phone help line number.
