Accidentally Cancelled Adobe Stock.

I accidentally disabled my account and I was immediately charged the penalty despite being a customer for almost two years. How can I do ????

    The early termination fee is half of the remaining due, as you cancel before the end of the year term.

    If you cancelled by error, you need to contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

    I just did the same thing too and accidentally canceled my adobe stock and found out I was being charged a large amount. I need help because I can't afford that. Is there any solution?

    Sorry to hear that.

    As per the policy, if you cancel the service within 14 days after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be fully refunded. If you cancel the service after the 14th day after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.     I have checked your account details and noticed that the payment status is in a cancelling state. Also, you have been charged 104.97 EUR(Early termination fee) since the subscription has been cancelled by you accidentally.
