I accidentally disabled my account and I was immediately charged the penalty despite being a customer for almost two years. How can I do ????
The early termination fee is half of the remaining due, as you cancel before the end of the year term.
If you cancelled by error, you need to contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
