Hi, I bought a pack of 5 credits and have used one some time ago. Now I'm trying to use the remaining ones  (they do show up at the top bar as 4 credits remaining) and I get this error message when I click the license button: No download packs available (download #532939300; license #1; license type #5; product #163166506; product key: /Applications/StockPT1, entitlement #24620263; member #24598889 / D91AB12D55AC4BC67F000101@AdobeID)

Can somebody help please?

@Enerton  Please clear your browser history and try again, I've cleared the issue blocking your credits.

I hope, @WendellaBee can do the same for you.
