I've had trouble downloading photos and vector graphics for the past 2 days. I'm on VPN - doesn't help.

ISP Comcast

Hi @lisae95546420,

The issue in this thread appears to be affecting AT&T customers. It may be a coincidence you are having trouble with downloads. To rule out that you are part of this bigger issue could you try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear your browser history, sign into the stock site and try to download again.
  2. Disable any browser extensions and see if that improves downloading performance.
  3. Try downloading from a different network.

If you've tried these things and are still having trouble let me know.

tried all the steps for clearing cache in multiple browsers and the issue is still not fixed.

seems to only be affecting photo formats (.jpg...etc) PSD templates downloaded just fine, vectors took a long time too. fix it,

Same issue, tried downloading the same file for the past 3 hours now - just a 6 meg jpg and it keeps stopping and saying couldn't download - Network issue. Tried Edge, Chrome, Firefox and all does the same.  It starts out and says 14 min then 6 to 9 hours to download, then 15 min, then it goes to 0 B/s and then the network error.  I had no issues earlier today.

It's not on my end - I can download from istockphoto, and shutterstock no problem.  I hope the problem is fixed soon, I have work to be done!

Same here. This is unacceptable. No other accounts or vendors have this issue.

Incredibly slow speeds here, too. I have ATT and on the West Coast. Using a VPN didn't help.

Is anyone else on this thread using an ISP that is not AT&T?

I have also been experiencing extremely slow download speeds from Adobe Stock since yesterday.

I am based in Fort Worth, TX. My router is AT&T Fiber. The slow download speeds seem to only occur on stock.adobe.com. Download speeds on every other site are normal. The issue persists on all my devices. I have cleared the caches and restarted all my devices, including my router, multiple times. I have no VPN. The problem persists when I am connected wirelessly and directly via ethernet cable.

I called AT&T, thinking like others that this may be related to my router. But AT&T was not able to see any issues on their end.

Yes. I only see about half my libraries. None of the new files are saved to any library.

Hello, this issue is real.  I have fiber internet and also 5G backup.  Both are slow.  I have tried multiple devices, multiple browsers, multiple ISP's... and all are very slow when downloading from Adobe Stock.  I can download from any other stock website without issue.  The issue has been isolated to Adobe Stock.  please help.
