This is the combined thread of users experiencing issues with downloading assets from the Adobe Stock website.

Please answer the following questions if your post has been moved to this thread:

  1. What ISP are you using?
  2. What asset types are you having issues with? Photos, videos, etc.
  3. Does switching to a VPN resolve the issue for you?

 

We are working to resolve this issue and your responses will help us determine next steps.

RIGHT THIS SECOND I am trying to download these two files:

BOTH are exhibiting the behaviour noted by the other users here. Logging out and clearing all caches, rebooting, using other computers/devices and browsers, etc - NOTHING helps.  I first noticed this last night, when my downloads were SLOW, but still finishing.

The above files will start downloading at a reasonable rate (200k+/s) for a second or two, then steadily slow down until they stall and stop, producing a "network error" result.  I am having to "resume" the downloads OVER & OVER in order to get them to eventually complete - and resuming them does NOT start them out fast for a few seconds.  They restart at about 15k/s and drop steadily from there.

Considering this is a PAID service, I find this totally unacceptable.

Hello community. I jusr got off a chat with a support agent. Seem Adobe knows the issue and are working on it. I think it is an edge server or servers on their CDN service. I proposed this to the agent and his response was "Yes, You are right". Thew work-a-round is if you have a VPN try a location a decent distance from your local and it should work.. I am in FL and I use NY and files ar flying now... Here is the reponse from the agent if any one was wondering...

However, it might take 24hr - 48hrs for the website for fully operational again.

CDN Service issue, Use a vpn to NY or northeast US andit seams to work...

I was on with support this is the response to my CDN explaination.

No, it feels maybe slightly slower to load than normal, but not having trouble accessing it.

This may be a CDN issue they are having

Sure, I'm just using a standard process (including example screenshots below):
1. Find the image I want

 

2. Click license

3. Click download

4. It automatically starts downloading (it did about 200 KB in 5 seconds and then stalled at 341/1,452 KB and didn't complete the download)


Just verifying I also logged out, cleared cache, and logged back in before doing this.

Is anyone on this thread having trouble viewing libraries on the Adobe Stock site?

I've tried different machines, re-booting, clearing, different browsers, can't download any vector or image file - none. Started about 12 pm PST

Could you give examples of files that don't download and those that do please?

I am haveing the same issue 0 B/s - 355 KB of 7.8 MB restarted, cleared all cached/cookies so on. Different browsers, even swithched neworks... and its not all files This on downloading for a few min nothing.. yet othwer are normal... This is unacceptable
