Does Standard licence cover a small book cover illustration?

Can I put a small image on the cover of a book under standard licence? Print run of 200, and the image just illustration to the detailed text? Image would not be full page.

Yes, probably. As long as the image is not the main incentive to buy your book, you will be ok with a standard licence. All other information is irrelevant.

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).
