Template submissions are by Adobe’s invitation only. They mainly partner with known artists and design agencies.

You may or may not receive any interest. And certainly not in a public user-to-user forum such as this one.

Contributors are welcome to submit high quality images as JPEG or PNG with transparency, vector graphics AI, EPS or SVG or video MOV or MP4 files. Details can be found in the Contributor User Guide below.

Adobe Stock staff do not monitor the community, so you will not receive a reply if you make an inquiry there.
The template program itself is limited to a select group of users, so there is very little information available about it.
Adobe Stock is not particularly quick to respond, so you simply have to wait.
