    Dear Twarita, 

    I have read your answers on this page and on

    I tried the free Adobe Stock for 1 month in mid February 2021, and ended my subscription in mid March 2021 on line by following the directions here:

    I am still being billed for the subscription, but the formula does not exist on my account!!!

     

    I have tried several times, for hours to find out how to use each of these options that you suggest here

    I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. Please confirm that you are signed into https://account.adobe.com with the correct Adobe ID.

    It shouldn't be this complicated to stop a subscription.
