I've been paying for a 10 asset package (£23.99pm, I think) and I haven't been using the credits. I now have 120 credits but I clearly am not using this product so I want to cancel my subscription. I am not willing to loose the 120 assets that I have paid for. What happens when I cancel? Can I still access the 120 credits in my account?

I signed up for the free trial as I only needed one photo to use.  I was then away at the time of the first payment so didnt cancel and was quite happy to pay once as Ive used the photo. Now I've just tried to cancel and its charging me £131 cancellation fee. Just digusting.  I will pay but I will never use this service again and will leave negative feedback on every review site I can find

Hallo Zusammen,vermutlich ganz einfach - aber ich bin genervt was diesen Vorgang angeht und finde keine Lösung.Ich suche z. B. ein Bild mit "Kaffee" und finde da eines, welches mit interessiert und klicke es an. Damit wird das Bild ja größer dargestellt, mit allen Infos dazu.Dabei sehe ich auch unten "Mehr von dieser Serie" und wenn ich dann dort auf "mehr anzeigen" klicke, geht die neue Bildsuche mit der Bezeichung "Serie" auf.Wenn ich aber nun wieder zurück möchte, zu meinem "Hauptsuchefenster" ... WIE GEHT DAS??Ein Browser-Zurück hilft nicht. Ein Klick auf das "X" bei Serie falle ich zurück auf ein Null ... mein Suchwort ist weg und alles was ich bisher schon gesehen habe ...Hoffe ich konnte mein Problem verständlich erklären.Freue mich über jeden guten Tipp.Danke.

Feeling a little clueless because I thought this would be a quicker process, so I have a few questions about the best way to use stock, and the whole process in general!! I don't need photos for my work very often. I designed a booklet with some images - some free and and some that I just purchased a credit pack for. I have preview images for the ones that cost money, and they are all in place in my booklet. I don't know if my whole process is how I should go about things. It was probably redundant. In Adobe Stock, I saved images to my library for the free ones. For the others, I downloaded preview images without saving to libraries. The preview image would open up automatically, I would close it, go find it in my downloads folder, copy it to my project folder (in finder), and then drag it to my libraries window in InDesign, then drag that onto my page to place it. Now that I am ready to purchase, and I bought a credit pack, I thought there would be an easy way to turn the pr

Hallo zusammen, wir haben in der Vergangenheit über Adobe Stock Bilder für das Unternehmen zur Nutzung lizenziert und möchten diese Bilder nun zur Verwendung in Veröffentlichungen einer Tochterfirma weiter nutzen. Diese Bilder werden jedoch auch online sowie für PR eingesetzt. Ist das problemlos möglich oder muss ich die Bildlizenz erneut auf Namen der Tochterfirma kaufen? Danke und GrußSascha P. 

Is there a way to download animated .gif files from Adobe Stock? What should I enter as a search term in the search? + + +  Gibt es bei Adobe Stock die Möglichkeit, animierte .gif-Dateien runterzuladen? Was muss ich bei der Suche als Suchbegriff eingeben?

I'm creating a calender in our brand design, which will be given for free to customers.The calendar will feature 12 photos (1 for each month) and a title picture. Except for the title image, each picture will occupy half the page or less (depending on the final layout).The other half will be filled with the dates/days of that month and space for notes on each day.Our brand logo will also be placed in that content area. Are Standard licenses sufficient for this purpose or would I require Extended licenses? In my interpretation the images alone do not represent the "main value of the product" as they are embedded into an asset which is designed as a time planning tool. Correct? We'd stay way below the limit of 500,000 copies btw. I'd be grateful for your estimation.

Quiero cambiar de español a inglés, el idioma predeterminado de Stock. Todas mis búsquedas son en este último idioma. Ya sé que si realisas una búsqueda en inglés, el sistema te devuelve resultados acorde a lo que le pediste, pero preferiría que todo el sistema se mantenga en inglés. 

I have some 3d models I'm trying to selling nfts. I have some stock photos of tables to display them on, so it's just the 3d model rendered on the table. Is that okay with the standard license?

Can I use the icons I bought with a standard license on a mobile app design that we are currently devoloping? We are a logistics company and we need icons for delivery, rental, and vehicles so that users will be guided.

I have a question, to what is allowed with a basic license (Standardlizenz).Is it allowed to replace an item in the hand of a person on the picture by another? E.g. a pencil by a ballpen etc? or a product from brand A by a product from brand B (in the same segment)? Is it allowed to make a composition? so use the pic as a background and place other things like a product and a Logo, text etc in front of it? Thanks in advance GreetzMarkus

PLEASE HELP.  Going on the 5th day.  It's really hampering my work. I get NO response when trying to saving to library.  No message. Nothing. I have about 200 pix.  4 libraries.  I've tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari, logged in and out 5-6 times, turned on & off laptop twice.

There is a racially offensive word on the page showing a photograph of a man from the Dominican Republic. The word is one of the 'Similar Keywords' listed on the page presumably to help people find similar images. If these words are generated by an algorithm (perhaps from searches by users) why isn't Adobe checking that offensive words are not getting in?The 'N-word' is disgusting and offensive and Adobe should remove it at once and correct its systems and checking procedures. https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/rastaman-von-der-insel-dominica-in-der-karibik/38513358?prev_url=detail

Hello, I've accidentally licensed adobe stock file #426981123, I've since licensed the file I actually wanted, please can you cancel the wrongly added image and add a credit back to my account, many thanks!

I was buying videos for 6 credits. I had a 10 credit plan. I upgraded to 40 credit plan. Videos were 6 credits. I just upgraded to the 350 credit plan, and now it wants 23 credits for the same videos.... What is going on? Images are still 1 credit. I am afraid to buy an video asset because that is way more expensive. Then if it is just 23 credits now, WTF, the 40 credit plan was better. No chat to talk to someone, I have to call. Seriously how is this a thing. 

Se vocês precisarem de um banco de imagens, contratem a shutterstock, o envato, freepik o que seja,mas não contratem a adobe stock, eu não sou de deixar reclamações sobre ninguém, mas essa foi demais, eu tinha cerca de 97 assets na minha conta, a adobe me ofereceu  um plano melhor, eu troquei de plano e perdi todos os meus assets, detalhe nunca me avisaram que isso aconteceria, eu paguei por isso, não troquei de conta apenas fiz um upgrade no plano. Enfim, eu não consigo entender como uma empresa cara como essa, tem um UX tão ruim. 

Is it possible that my employers cloud account could allow free unlimited "enhanced" license downloads? I assume we have the profesional plan as i have access to all adobe products via the cloud service. I've never had to use a stock image until now and it appears i'm allowed free enhanced diwnloads with our account. Is that possible? I thought this was a monthly service or something and was expecting to have to pay for all images.?

Why did they hang up on me!  Adobe customer service is rubbish. 

Hi team,When I try and access my audio licenses, I get the above error.  This page isn’t workingstock.adobe.com redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies.ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS It is an issue on all devices, incognito, work laptop, mobile phone. Anyone know what I can do to fix this? TIA Ben
