I have never heard of a more shady business model in my life. I signed up for a free trial, only to be told I cannot cancel without paying it. Today I received a call saying they would like payment for the first month and second month. Even though I haven't paid for the first month in the first place. So they have you locked in and keep charging you monthly for a service you can't even use until you pay to cancel. If you have been screwed by adobe please email me at [removed personal info]I'm putting together a case for a class action lawsuit.

I started on December 21. According to my order history, just for trial, the Adobe Stock -10 images a month (one-year) plan. The first month it is free. I've been charged for over 6 months without my knowledge, and I want to cancel that plan. The plan does not appear in Plans & Products when I log in to my account. There is no confirmation email of cancellation, I even talked to their online CS chat, and they're not helpful at all. As a result, I cannot cancel that plan. Can someone for the sake of god help me out on this, I feel like I am dumping money into the water as I m not using the plan at all.

It would be great if we could hit a follow button in adobe stock for creators we really like, especially in audio where there is no real way to save the works one is interested in without downloading the asset.  Thank you for your consideration!Axel

I'm an Adobe Stock subscriber and find that I'm unable to preview audio assets on the CC My Library site (running the latest version of Firefox (103.0.1) on a M1 MacBook with OSX 12.3).   On the CC site I'm able to preview all the assets that I've ever saved (licensed or unlicensed) EXCEPT for the audio. I only see icons with titles and have no ability to play them. Same issues exists with Safari (both iOS and MacOS).   Of course I can search for the titles again or find the preview files in my finder, but that's hardly expedient. Is this a browser or an audio licensing issue?   I'm also having issues previewing comp audio saved in My CC Library within Premiere Pro but will ask that question in the appropiate forum.

There are two options for video, 4K and HD. The 4K version is the default selection, so I licensed this by mistake, which has taken the majority of my credits. How can rectify this?

Hi, is it possible to pass my unused Stock credits to another account of other company and then cancel my Stock subscribtion? All of us interested in the topic have Creactive Cloud and access to the programs. Thanks for any help.

My account said it has a billing issue and I needed to update my payment details. I did this and follow the intructions, updated my billing details. It took my money from my bank account and then into paypal. After I did this. My accout said there was no payment made and my account was still suspendted. However, I got an instant confirmation from paypal to say I had made a payment, and it was now sitting there pending for adobe to process it. Adobe are denying I have made a payment or updated my details. Even though I gave them the proof that paypal advised it waiting on ADOBE to proccess my payment, But again. I changed positions within my organization and while I use the Creative Cloud Suite I am no longer part of the group that administers licenses or purchases images through Stock. I received an email today from Adobe concerning some free images and templates for use with Social Media. As I was browsing and adding what I believed were free images to my library I was actually linked somehow to the organizations Stock account and I was licensing images from their account. Some were indeed free images but many were not. Is there anything that can be done concerning the organizations asset licenses that I inadvertantly used?

Can someone please explain to me how Adobe can advertise that videos are now included with the stock plan, but then when you click on it, there are ZERO videos available and then suddently you need to pay extra money to have them?  How very misleading.   FAIL.

I have an Adobe Stock Enterprise account with 40 credits available. When I click license on a video I would like to use, the message "Welcome Back! Now that you're logged in, please make your selection again." comes up on my screen. I tried again and I still can't license the video. Help please.

I just want to make sure that "Re-Download for Free" for an image from 2020 that I have in My Libraries means that I still can use the image as I need it. Just asking because I was so surprised that some of my downloaded licensed images from two years ago , not all of them, were able to be Re-Downloaded for free.

Hello I am an educator and I'm using Adobe stock images with standard license in my power point presentations. It is paid by a grant. We also want oher educaors to use it. My question is can the stock images be used as a derivative work and the final product power point presentations be still licensed under Creative Commons share-alike non-commercial CC BY-NC-SA license. It is not intended for 500K users and as far as I understand the website views doesn't count.
