[locked, duplicate] Unable to Download Licensed Image

Paid $250 for a licensed image and 9 days later still can't download. I contacted support the day I purchased. The 4 times since that I have contacted support by phone and chat they all assured me 24-48 hours to resolve the issue, it's been 9 days! They are unable to fix the issue and refuse to issue a refund. I've never experienced such poor service with Adobe or any other company. Very frustrated.
