Poor quality Adobe Stock image

I've downloaded image AdobeStock_117050226 to use editorially in a printed visitor guide. It is really poor quality – out of focus and very noisy. I can't use it but have now lost a download. How do I get the download credited back to my account? I would recommend Adobe Stock remove this image from their library.

Thanks in anticipation

Howard

It indeed is in not so desired quality, I will add one image license to your account and inform the team.

I've downloaded the preview and even on the preview I can see that the image is bad quality. I've detected 3 defects that would make this picture unacceptable by today's standards:

  • It looks heavily out of focus
  • I see optical aberration and
  • I see a lot of noise

I assume that twaritar3263062 or Sheena Kaul will get the image quality checked and credit your account the credits spend on this asset.

Thanks for checking and corroborating the issue. I look forward to hearing further and hopefully receiving a credit back to my account.
