Quality Issues on first empty parking lot — what am I missing?

Question

First generative-AI empty parking lot I submitted. 3072×1312, gen AI checkbox on. Came back Quality Issues in about 13 hours. Adobe’s text is the generic one: exposure, soft focus, excessive filtering, artifacts/noise. I cannot tell what they actually saw. If you zoom this, is there a real quality problem, or is that just how first files go?

Stock reviewers are not allowed to check more than one refusal box per submission. So the review stops at problem #1, even if the asset has multiple reasons for refusal. See below.
