hello.. i purchased a single clip that i haven't used yet .. i am making a film and will post it on youtube.. my question is if i want to use it again do i have to download it again?

and can i edit the clip such as trimming and adding color? another question what if i change my youtubes channel name, should i let you know? i attached a picture i dont know if you can see it.. thanks

I dont know what i'm doing wrong.. im logged in to the community but i dont know if the pictures i send are visible?
