stock photos still continue

hi, we ordered one month, 350 photos

it supposed to end in September, we did cancel subscritpion...but new 350 photos are there, again and again - what mistake this could be?

    Hi Petr,

    I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.

    I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock-350 images per month plan. The subscription stands cancelled.

    Could you please confirm us the date on which you have cancelled this plan so that we can further assist you?
