I have downloaded four images, all of them stating that they have transparent backgrounds, and all of them do NOT have transparent backgrounds. Am I doin somehting incorrectly?

The file numbers

297584840

291804726

541478496

540908905

Please help as I've already wasted four credits on this.

Thanks!

Julius

The last ones (they are behind the object). Every so often, they are also hidden in the sublayers.

You need to edit those files with Illustrator. It's a bit unfortunate, but the way these assets work means that they need a background for the effect. By editing the layers or sublayers (switching off the simulated transparency grid visibility) you get a real transparent background.

Hi Abambo, thanks for the info! Is there an easy way to check which layers are the ones you need to turn off (as I've got one with hundreds of layers)?

Thanks in advance for the help!
