Unable to download photos from Adobe Stock

I am unable to download images from my Adobe Stock account as of a few hours ago, which it was working fine with no problems this morning.

 

I can re-download previously downloaded files that are in My Library, however, any new downloads do not do anything. The blue button just sort of flashes and no files actually download or save to the library. 

 

I have gone through multiple forums and troubleshooting steps including cleared all cache and browser history, checked all my cookie settings, security and browser settings and extensions, reset computer, updated computer software, logged in and out, attempted to log in on a completely different device, and still having the same issue. Another worker logged in under a different account and is also experiencing the same issues.

 

Considering there are posts related to this issue from May which took a few days to get resolved .https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/cannot-download-adobe-stock-for-more-than-24-hours/...  and new posts about the same issue just today, it's likely not related to my browser or account.

 

We have some huge deadlines coming up in the next few days, so this is very concerning and I hope we can get this issue gets resolved very soon.

I can see that you are a member of an Adobe Team subscription. The issue you are seeing needs to be addressed by your team administrator. Please request that your team admin sign into the Adobe team admin console and contact support there.
