Hi @Rose DV @Tarun Saini

I'm getting the error "You are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions." when trying to redeem the 3 free months of LinkedIn Premium from my Adobe benefits page.

  • Adobe Express member since 2026
  • Never had LinkedIn Premium, not even a free trial
  • Adobe benefits page shows the offer as redeemable for me
  • Based in India

Could you please help resolve this?

    Correct answer Rose DV

Update: LinkedIn Premium offer eligibility issues

Thanks to everyone who's reached out about trouble redeeming the LinkedIn Premium offer. We've been in contact with LinkedIn's team to get you a path forward.

If you've passed Adobe's eligibility checks but are still unable to redeem the offer, please contact LinkedIn support directly here: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/solve

Their support team will be able to look into your specific account and explain what's preventing access to the offer, since that part of the process is on LinkedIn's side rather than Adobe's.

If you're still stuck after reaching out to LinkedIn, let us know here and we'll help however we can.

    Hi Everyone,

Thank you for your patience here - I apologize for the delay, especially since this has been ongoing for a while.

I want to be transparent that we're still working to get clear answers on this from the LinkedIn side, and these things can sometimes take longer than we'd like. Please know it hasn't been forgotten and is being actively looked into.

I don't have a confirmed update to share just yet, but I'll follow up here as soon as I do.

    Regards,

    Tarun

Can you please share update and what the process is going for this and escalate this to LinkedIn support team or technical team. Why this type of error when the offer is valid

    Hello Adobe Community Team,

I am an Adobe Express Premium subscriber based in India and currently have an active Premium subscription through the official Airtel–Adobe partnership program. My Adobe account reflects that the subscription is active and in good standing.

I am experiencing an issue while attempting to redeem the 3-Month LinkedIn Premium benefit available through the Adobe Creative Cloud Perks page. When I click the redemption link, I am redirected to LinkedIn, where I receive the following message:

"You are not eligible for this promotion."
Since my Adobe Premium subscription is active and the LinkedIn Premium perk is visible within my account, I would appreciate it if Adobe Support or a Community Manager could verify my eligibility for this benefit and investigate whether there may be an issue with the redemption link or the associated promotional token.

If available, I would also appreciate assistance with obtaining a working redemption link or guidance on an alternative redemption method.

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.
