Questions

I chose an AExpress template and customized it.  I renamed my new creation.  How can I find the original template I started with?  I have a new idea. 

I'm trying to export a completed product which is just some text, with an image overlayed on it using the screen blend mode.  However, when exporting it seems like it doesn't do the blend mode and just exports with the image on top.  I've attached images of what it should look like and what the export comes out as.  This happens on both the android app and web app. Strangely, exporting to PDF works, but exporting to any type of image throws up this error.  Does anyone know a workaround?

When I try opening my recent files it attempts to "convert" them, from and to what, I'm not sure, and is then unable to open them.

Downloads of images in PNG format look like garbage - pixelated and low resolution. Even though file size is 1.3 MB, quality is BAD. Compared to a version of the project exported from the previous version of Express only a few days ago, there is a very noticeable difference in the image quality.

Chaining text color has now taken me about 5 minutes. Every. Single. Thing. I do is in sloooooooow motion. Can I go back to the previous release?

Hello, I can't see DM Sans font in Exrpess. I have it installed on my PC too. Also saw some yotube video how to import fonts in Adobe Express, but there is no option to import using brands? I have All Apps Creative Cloud Plan...Thanks

La plupart du temps les images générées sont inexploitables : soit le graphisme est déformé, soit le texte utilisé dans l'image est incompréhensible et n'a aucun sens. Merci de corriger. C'est impossible d'utiliser de telles images pour des compositions. Tout les textes générés dans l'image doivent être clairs, compréhensibles et dans la langue demandée. Merci de corriger.

I have created several brands using the website.However, in the app they are not there. I have tried to log out and start over again. Deleted the app and retried. But nothing works 

If I click Quick Actions, then "Text to Image", I see the following with no "Text to Image" box. If I click Media > Text To Image, I then select Image Size (1:1), and again, see no Text to Image box. What am I doing wrong? Hello, I've been using Enhance Speech (https://podcast.adobe.com/enhance#) to clean up my audio clips, and I wanted to try the full version, so I signed up for the 30-day trial of Adobe Express, and I'm in the middle of the trial and I'm logged in, but the browser is still giving me the free version. I can't bulk upload or bulk transform my audio clips. I also went into Adobe Express itself (https://express.adobe.com/) but I can't find any tool similar to Adobe Podcast and Enhance Speech. How do I fix this? I'm on Google Chrome and I'm logged into an account that has Adobe Express premium  

I created a Web Page project in Adobe Express and everything seems to work except when I try to view it on a mobile phone, I would get a "Can't Open This Page" error. I tried Google Chrome and Safari browser on the mobile device and it gives me the same error. I already opened a new incognito window, restarted the browser, and cleared the cache: same error. I also restarted the device and still gives the same issue. I don't have issues viewing this on a desktop or laptop browser. Anybody have a clue on how to fix?

Ich habe früher Adobe Spark verwendet, um für Kunden Branding Ordner anzulegen, damit sie sich ihre Social Post selber im CI erstellen können. Jetzt, da ja Spark zu Express wurde, habe ich wieder die CI mit Farbe, Schriften, Logos und Dateien erstellt, kann das Branding aber nicht anwenden. Auf der App zeigt es mir zwar an "Branding wechseln" aber darin dann nichts zum auswählen, obwohl als Branding Ordner angelegt.Was mache ich da verkehrt? Oder geht es bei Express nicht mehr, dass automatisiert das engelegte Branding auf die Vorlagen übernommen wird?

HI! I do guitar videos where I teach which includes talking and playing. The Podcast tool is amazing for my voice but when I play it treats that as "noise" and mutes it. How could I solve this? would there be a possible fix in the premium feauture? Thanks alot Armin

If I choose Publish to the Web with anyone with link can view, why does a viewer required to have an Adobe account to view???? Also, trying to view on a mobile phone does not work. Says Mobil version coming???I do not see any documentation that explains this.People are able to view the published content on computer if they create or login to an account, but that is not the way things should work.Please advise.

It says I'm not the owner and that I need permission to edit it, but I am the owner. I've tried logging out of my account, then logging back in.I've tried rereshing the page.It won't show up in my library either.I don't have the app, so I can't go there to fix it.Did nI not save it or something? I've had it in an open tab for a long time.Please help me.

Help! I can't make my logo transparent due to the white box I'm utilizing to "crop" the bottom half of the shapes inserted (bagel and sun shapes). There is no crop button on shapes. How do I do this? Logo attached shows the "invisible" white box covering the bottom part of the shapes behind the text. Exporting does not make the logo transparent due to white box. Helpppp. Any feedback on logo is appreciated as well. 

I wish there was an easy way to transfer files from my file to the brand and create a folder inside the brand like in my file.

Hi!Since yesterday I can't load any presets or stock footage, it just keeps loading and loading. I'm using the newest verion of Google Chrome on Windows 11 and I've also tried using Brave. I'm not using a VPN or have an AdBlocker enabled so that also can't be the problem. I've attached screenshots of what it looks like.Thank you!

Is it possible to use the older version? The new version, while "versatile" is far too complicated and cumbersome for my fifth graders to do simple "powerpoint" style presentations. We did them last year and they were easy and straightforward, now it is difficult/impossible to create slideshows and import photos of historical figures. I am thinking that we will have to dump Adobe and go back to Google Slides or Powerpoint.

I have been displaying PDFs on my webpage creations through Adobe Express for ages now, using the photo option. However for the past few days (and more than one PDF) I have been getting the error message 'unsupported file type' Has anyone had this issue and found a resolution? Thank youRosie
