I am not able to shape my text into different shapes like before.

Used Express to create a slideshow for a local school & was going to send a draft over, but I cannot for the life of me get it downloaded??!!!  Every time it only gets to 20% then says "Download Failed"??!!!I need to know if it's worth finishing it in Express?!  I really need this to download?I tried in Edge & Chrome.  They both do the same thing???What gives??  Please help me figure this out???

Looking to find out if existing social post designs created in Illustrator and Photoshop can be auto generated as templates in Adobe Express - rather than having to build them from scratch. Any/all advice welcome.

The past couple of days I'm having trouble with Adobe Express projects. I can't download an MP4 of a social post with annimation that I created. I also can't post that same file to the calendar.  I've tried 2 different computers and multiple browsers.I tried sharing the project with another user and it didn't work for themI've tried other projects and they don't work either. I don't get error messages, it never starts the download for the mp4, and for the edit post, it just sits on processing for hours.

I am using windows 10. Cannot open Adobe Express in any browser, tried Google Chrome, Edge and Firefox. I get this message:"To open Adobe Express Beta in the web app, copy the application link and open it in the latest version of one of our supported browsers: Safari, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge."

I am making a design using elements from a creative cloud library. The elements were moved in the library and are now not correctly linked in adobe express. The design itself is done. Is there any way to relink the assets without having to bring them in as new objects?

I'm trying out Adobe Express for the first time, I'm just trying something as simple as copying & pasting certain elements but can't find a way to do it?

Good morning,On adobe express on computer I have fonts attached to my brand. I can't find them when I'm in the Iphone application.Is this normal? Has the ability to create page pages gone from the new Adobe Express? I can no longer see this function

Hello! I'm looking to embed my Adobe Express webpage within a webpage hosted on my company's site. While the embed looks great, I'm wondering if there's a way to eliminate the extra 'Read More' click that will open the story within the browser. It would be great to host the Express webpage on our site without the need for an extra click to expand it. Any thoughts or tips would be much appreciated!

This new version is clunky, unorgnaized and missing many of the go-to features in the previsous version. Either fix immediately, or give us a Legacy option until you get the bugs worked out of the new version. You are costing us all time and money!!

I have to manually check each file I've created in the previous version and move them to the new Express one by one? Seriously, Adobe? 

Hello - if my question is already asked I apologise.I've being using adobe express for a while now but the tool used to layer images and move them forward and backward is no longer there? It used to be beside the duplicate icon but is not anymore - I've looked all over the website and I can't find it? Very stupid question but I actually am baffled!

My Adobe Express pages have updated to the new Adobe Express software, meaning that my working files have been converted. Now whenever I try to update the public link (or if I try to create a new public link) I get the error: Publish API Response: 500 Internal Server Error.I have a personal CC account and I have also tried to open/edit these pages on multiple browsers...  Please help, I am stressing 🙂 

Open up the app, like normal, but now to view projects in screen I either have to have the menus so small they're unreadable on my laptop, or scroll up/down/left/right to use them. Whilst it used to intuitively fit to my screen, and be easy to see my design all at the same time, that doesn't now happen. It makes it literally impossible to use as nothing is a size that can be worked with. It's more than infuriating that something so simple has been knocked out by the forced update from BETA, doesn't feel like it was ready. Have also had the email today to say one month left on my subscription, and that the price is rising - ironic when one of the main things I use it for is now unusable.

J'essaye sur Edge et Chrome, ça fonctionne mais mes projets ne sopnt plus accessibles avec comme messages : Oups ! La conversion de ce fichier est actuellement indisponible, mais vous pouvez le télécharger. Oui, le télécharger mais en .jpg donc impossbile de travailler sur AE.J'ai vidé le cache, JavaScript est bien activé, Firefox est à jour, ne fonctionne pas en navigation privée.Une idée pour récupérer mes projets ?Je vous remercie.

Can't join Adobe Express Beta. It says your browser isn't supported even though I tried Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. I even tried clearing the cache and Cookies. Still, not working! Please, help!!

Hi guys - when i try to save my project from Adobe Express, it misses content, For example when I saved my project as a PDF - it only downloaded half of page. So I tried again and the next time it left content completely off of another page. First time it only loaded half of an image - second time on another page it didn't download the typography. Suggestions / help? Thanks 🙂 

Now that I have converted to the new but not improved version of Express and tediously converted my files (I had nothing else to do on a Saturday afternoon, I guess) I can't edit the images. When I replace an image it comes in with a dashed line that masks the image. This was not there before and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. All of the online tutorials and help are for the old version, so that's helpful. At this point, this is totally unusable. Has anyone figured this out?  * Also, the choices for the topics at the bottom of this are almost funny. It shows how disconnected the Adobe team is from this abomination of an app. 

I would like to create some marketing posts for my social media, are the fonts in Adobe Express able to be used for this commercial purpose?
