Hi @Vinícius36078971t24b - I'm sorry about the issues here. The shapes and icons have been retired from the mobile app. You should find an extensive list of icons in the new Express in the new mobile beta. You can download this new version here:

Thanks!

The reason I purchased a subscription last month was because of the icon library and the ease of editing on an iPad. To find all the useful icons missing overnight was frustrating, to say the least. I would like to request that at least credit be applied to any accounts that are paying for a subscription while unable to access the full features.

The shapes catalog which used to be the main reason I would use the mobile app was gone, searching for things like "squiggle" or "modern" etc has no results. The only shapes in both the ipad app, and on the website "new version" on desktop are VERY basic shapes with about 10 results from each category. The search does not find any of the previous shapes I had used in my projects so now I am totally out of luck and unable to finish them!

Adobe Please put them back that was the main feature I used to create designs quickly. I am dissapointed as I pay for the full product CC subscription too.

Thank you

Wow this is so disappointing. I have been using Adobe Express for a couple years and I generally use it 2-3 times a week to create quick thumbnails for livestream videos. I always loved the huge collection of useful shapes and over the last month having those disappear has been really frustrating. I understand that Adobe has "updated" this feature, however this is a distinct downgrade. I also understand that I could use express on my laptop, but the whole point is to make a super quick thumbnail... EXPRESS... it's literally part of the name.

I have limped through the past couple weeks but decided this week just to use Canva. While I do also pay for canva pro, the reality is that the FREE version of canva would be more useful to me than a paid Adobe product at this point.

I have attached one of the monthly schedules I created at the end of last year when I still had use of all the shapes (February schedule) versus the one I just created in Canva (June schedule)... while I do prefer the monochromatic, flat vector version I made in Express it really doesn't matter what COLOR I can make things, or how SIMPLE the vector image is if I have a pathetic handful of shapes to choose from. Period. So, cmon. Give us the stupid shapes back.

I know this seems dramatic, but I've been using Adobe for 22 years and ever since the subscription model came out and we quit being able to outright own the product, I have slowly become less and less happy with the quality. When you don't own a product, and instead are just a subscriber, the distributor can decide to take away an established and integrated feature, and you have no recourse. As more and more powerful alternatives have come on the market the value of Adobe has meant less in my eyes. Most of the Adobe programs I use can be replaced, but I was an Adobe Stan because it was streamlined and useful... but at this point I feel like it's just wasting my time and money with these dumb changes that detract from my experience as a user.

Pictures speak louder than words. I need shapes, but I apparently don't need Adobe.

It has been very frustrating trying to make new worksheets for my 3rd grade class without the large cataloge of icons and shapes. I have used the mobile version of this app, as I do not have a laptop, for 3 years now and immensely enjoyed it! Now it is very disappointing. Are we going to regain access to all that we had before?? And as a free version?

Why are the shapes not loading? And anytime I type anything in the search bar it says "no results"

1. Why do I constantly have to redownload missing fonts? Canva doesn't do that to me. 2. Why did all the shapes disappear? If I type weapon, fitness or city nothing shows up. If I Type circle, only 10 shapes show up versus almost 100 that USED to show up. Why is this happening and please don't come up with a generic answer because the moment I receive one I leave you and subscribe with Canva. I'm a premium member....

Today the Adobe Express "shapes" shapes catalog disappeared except for a few limited options like rectangle, arror, triangle, etc. This basic shapes and clip art function is my favorite part of the app. I read online that the clip art catalog in "shapes" is being replaced with a smaller library from Adobe. Currently this library is only available  for the desktop version of Adobe Express. Supposedly it will soon come to the mobile version.

I have 3 questions about this...

1. For the mobile update... How soon is "soon"? Days, weeks, months? If it's not the next few days, I need to find a new program.

2. Due to a disability, I am unable to use a desktop and must use an iPad. Without the mobile update, I can't access the program features I need. Is there another Adobe app or option I can use on mobile with the built-in clip art library that used to be in "shapes"?

3. Is there a way I can "copy" a shape I used in an existing Adobe Spark file to a new file? For example, there's a certain arrow I use frequently. It's in my existing projects. Is there a way I can use it in a new project?

images attached are the shapes menu, plus the entire set of arrows now available. There used to be hundreds

Hi @Wendy35840364ynmh

The only one I can answer with any degree of certainty is #3: on the currently shipping mobile apps, there isn't a way to copy content from one project to another. You can only copy from one page to another within a project. (You can always duplicate an entire project, but I don't think that's what you are looking for).

As for #1, are you wondering about the timelines for a non-beta version of the mobile app, or would you ok with a fairly full-featured beta as well? And one more question: are you specifically looking for something for iPad? Or does iPhone work?

Thanks

Abhi G
