This version is very difficult to use. I want the previous version of Express. I need something EASY? to use!!!

Having never used Express before (as of Feb 2026), I was astounded at how useless the thing is.

Mapping CSV data to elements is an absolute joke; it gets to a point and despite verification of links and CSV content … nope.

That the “mappings” are not persistent is abysmal.

Waste of time.

Like much of Adobe these days.

El nuevo Adobe express simplemente es una (cursing removed). Un absurdo intento por mal parecerse a Canva y no les resultó.

En vez de mejorar la interfaz que ya tenía, añadiendo nuevas funciones como por ejemplo la tan esperada justificación de textos u otras, cambiaron por completo la interfaz y lo arruinaron todo: absurdas y excesivas sugerencias de plantillas al costado izquierdo de la pantalla, opciones de IA inservibles. Un espacio incómodo para trabajar que únicamente puede hacerse usando de forma horizontal el iPad Pro; si deseas hacerlo en modo vertical se vuelve una miniatura inservible.

¿Por qué empeorarlo todo haciéndonos perder tantos proyectos y trabajo? ¡Déjennos quedarnos con la versión anterior!

No es la primera vez que Adobe hace estos experimentos y perjudica a todos. Ya lo hizo al descontinuar y eliminar el Adobe Comp en vez de haberlo mejorado.

Los usuarios no tienen ninguna seguridad con Adobe .

PD. Crean aplicaciones como Adobe Capture o Creative Cloud y no pueden usarse para incorporar nuevos recursos, fuentes o diseños o seguir educando un proyecto en Express; ¿entonces para qué las hacen?

Todo simplemente decepcionante...

For my jopb as an early interventionist, we used the old version of Adobe for all our student reports due to encryption and HIPPA confidentiality. It was easy to navigate and share with other providers who work also work with the student to complete their updated progress domains. None of my old reports will upload to new Express versions, which is insane. Why fix something that is not broken is beyond me.

I was worried in case it was just me so in a way I'm pleased to see so many others who feel the same way.

Adobe, what on earth were you thinking. The new Express is anything but Rxpress. I can't express myself nor can I do anything express with it. It's so hard to use, so many brilliant features that were easy to use, quick to find have been taken away or hidden, it's just unusable. I've tried 3 times now and I just can't get anything done with it.

You have made a move towards AI and it seems that you have replaced many of the functionality I use to like with the generative AI. Sure this is a nice thing to have but the old Express use to allow me to cycle through suggestions and made styling and font selection so much easier. I need a magnifying glass just to see the font list and in any case where have all my fonts gone that I spent ages selecting and was very fond of?

I liked being able to choose through the suggestions die design and text ideas, if I could think of designs in my head to type to the AI then I'd have probably done it myself. Now there's no source of inspiration.

Please please put it back to the way it was. This is a big loss to be honest. And while I'm here just as a quick aside, please please also bring back PS Camera or at least make the version of it in Photoshop Express work as fluidly as PS Camera did. This app was truly awesome with incredible lenses. Another huge loss. Not to mention the fact that I have to use an old iPhone because for whatever reason Sky cannot be detected on new iPhones. Lastly please make it work on an iPad too. iPads have cameras and a lovely large display were PS Camera and the previous Express can truly shine and I can get back to delivering exceptional work again.

I agree with everyone. This upgrade (if you can call it that) is a total mess. So hard to use its as if they want all their subscribers to cancel. I'm so disappointed

I don't understand how can you force user to use an inferior new version and shot down access to the old superior one. I want to stay with old version. Photoshop wouldn't do such thing, Autodesk wouldn't, Camtasia wouldn't, no respectful software would. Someone needs to be fired. I'm really frustrated.

Anyone here think that he tried to look more like CANVA?

It was soooooooooooooo good before! Now is even hard to drag any text inside the design. And of course, I lost years of work that are not in my file anymore. Dont be afraid of the conpetition Adobe, your essesnce is so much better that canva.

Could you elaborate on the difficulties dragging text to design? Are you using mobile or desktop?

Also, you shouldn't have lost files from the previous version of Express. Please check these previous posts depending on whether you are using desktop or mobile

I absolutely hate the new version of adobe express. I used to love it and use it all the time. Now I will be deleting the app and use Canva instead
